How do I book tickets for Rocky Fast Cruise?

The best way to book your ticket/s is via our website. Please complete all guest details on the booking. Your booking may be cancelled if details are not complete. Bookings can also be made via whatsapp +62 813-3909-9963 , email reservations@rockyfastcruise.com and also directly to our office Lembongan office Rocky Private Harbor at Telatak village, Lembongan 3 minute from yellow bridge Sanur office Jl. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer (BCA). All credit card payments are securely processed through PayPal.

How many luggage can I bring?

Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 hand carry bag. Any excess baggage may be subject to additional charges.

Can I bring my surf board on board?

Yes, surfboards are allowed on board but must be declared at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply depending on the size of the board. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.

How do I check seat availability?

You can check seat availability directly on our website booking page, via WhatsApp +62 813-3909-9963, or by emailing reservations@rockyfastcruise.com.

I have mobility issues or had an operation, or an existing medical condition is it safe to travel on your boat?

We recommend consulting your doctor before traveling. Please inform us of any medical condition at the time of booking so our crew can provide the appropriate assistance. We have trained staff to assist passengers with special needs.

I am pregnant are you save to travel with?

We advise pregnant passengers to consult their doctor before traveling. Pregnant passengers under 28 weeks may travel with a doctor's clearance. We recommend sitting in the middle section of the boat for a more stable ride.

What are the checkin and boarding procedures?

Please arrive at the harbor at least 30 minutes before departure. Present your booking confirmation (printed or digital) at the check-in counter. Our staff will assist you with boarding procedures and luggage placement.

Can I make a change for my booking?

Booking changes (date/time) can be made at least 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number to request a change.

If I miss the boat, can I reschedule my ticket?

If you miss the boat, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can assist you with the next available departure.

If I feel unwell, can I reschedule my ticket?

We understand that illness is unexpected. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell. Rescheduling due to illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recommend travel insurance for all passengers.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation policy details.

Why should I book a car service through Rocky Fast Cruise?

Our car service is reliable, air-conditioned, and coordinated with your boat schedule. Booking through us ensures your driver will wait if there are any delays, providing a seamless door-to-harbor experience.

What if my trip is canceled due to bad weather?

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or conditions deemed unsafe by the captain, passengers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date at no additional charge.

What if I got accident and got injured on the boat?

Our crew is trained in first aid and will provide immediate assistance. All passengers are covered by basic travel insurance during the journey. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip.

Can I select my seat?

Seat selection is available during the booking process on our website. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain seats may be reserved for passengers with special needs.

How should we dressed to go onboard with Rocky Fast Cruise?

We recommend wearing comfortable, light clothing. Bringing a light jacket or shawl is advised as the air conditioning can be cool. Non-slip shoes are recommended when boarding and disembarking.

How many passenger does your vessels fits?

Our vessels can accommodate up to 150 passengers comfortably. Each boat is equipped with modern safety equipment and spacious seating to ensure a comfortable journey.

Is there any other transportation option on Lembongan Island?

Yes! On Lembongan Island you can get around by scooter rental, electric bicycle, or local transport (cidomo). We can assist in arranging transportation through our partner services upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet on board?

Pets are not permitted on board for the comfort and safety of all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
